Celebrating 2019 at NextMapping

We are celebrating here at NextMapping as 2019 comes to a close.

In 2019 my book, “NextMapping – Anticipate, Navigate and Create The Future of Work” AND created the 2nd edition with a personal workbook that will be published in February 2020.

Our consulting clients increased their success in 2019 by embracing shared leadership. In addition, our clients invested in our PREDICT model to help create the strategy to be future-ready. and they outsourced their coaching to us to help their leaders and teams increase their skills.

Our coaching clients elevated their success by participating in our future of work online courses and with coach support. Our NextMapping coaches worked with clients to coach on shared leadership and the new skills needed to be agile, collaborative and innovative.

I delivered keynotes for leading-edge companies such as BMO, Amazon, Oracle, World of Work and more. The new keynote, “The Future of Leadership” focuses on the leadership styles, skills, and mindsets that leaders need today to be future-ready tomorrow.

We gathered substantial data on employee insights through audience polling and texting that has added major value for our clients’ post keynotes.

In our continued commitment to ‘open source,’ we have created and shared numerous infographics and white papers. Our most recent whitepaper is on the Top 20 Trends in the Workplace for 2020.
